Maybe God lives in Rockwall County and has to pay the outrageous property tax that Kevin is in charge of. All the while, Kevin makes over $100,000 plus bonuses himself if he can substantially raise property taxes. Kevin, you are doing the devil's work. Come back to the light.

This builder has a practice of demanding a ransom payment (in the form of alleged change orders) at the end of a job and refusing to finish a job or not file a lien unless you pay the ransom. Milton has done this fraudulent lien and ransom multiple times. You can call the Better Business Bureau to get copies of the "closed" complaints. Or better yet, call the homeowners. Vu 214-455-2178. James 214-681-8670. Shonta 469-231-4761. Ronald 214-607-1406. Or go by their homes. 200 Peninsula Drive Rowlett. 114 Windsor Drive, Rockwall. 2309 Dalrock Rd, Rowlett. Mortgage companies learn their lesson and won't do business with him again. This guy needs to be shut down.

Not a Buc-ees but its still a great gas station. Diesel is priced right and the bathrooms and showers are clean. And they actually don't mind if you are a truck driver. :)
