I was duped by this old clown. I thought she was a nice old asian lady that was kind of a simpleton, so I agreed to help her out. Turns out she was scamming me. She wasted my time and my time is money. I work solely on commission. She let me do all of the work and then scammed me out of my commission. I have a contract but she used someone else’s name and is acting like she doesn’t understand English all of sudden. I researched her online. I found this site with her negative reviews. The reviews are accurate. She has bad credit and multiple creditors are after her in Texas. She’s like 5 feet tall, black hair but balding, and dark eyes like a coyote. Melencia runs around with a lady named Olive, like from the Popeye cartoons. Olive is a convicted felon. I found the Dallas news article where she was convicted of federal medicare and medicaid fraud. That monster was scamming sick and dead people. You meet all of kinds of people in my line of work.

She slept with her boss at some company called Sumo Ventures...hopefully he wasn't sumo. But he did fire her too according to the website. We have way too many parks and the maintenance of the parks is embarrassing. Our city parks are ugly, poorly placed, poorly planned, and poorly managed. It seems all you want to do is get more land for more parks. But the parks are not regularly mowed or maintained. The plantings and flower beds are nonexistent. The sidewalks, if they exist, are narrow, cracked, and uneven. The parking, if there is any is, is unsafe or in the dirt. This may be what parks in a 3rd world country look like. And why are there so many used condoms and gay men hanging out at the parks at night? Shouldn't your department or the police do something about that? Kids should not have to see that or touch that. I can only imagine what juices are left behind on the benches and kids equipment. Everything is so ugly and unsanitary.

She has been trying to take over our volunteer group but no one trusts her. Here’s why. She has been repeatedly cited by the Texas Board of Architectural Designers for falsified credentials and ethics violations. She has a long and disturbing history of falsified affidavits and liens with penalties from the State of Texas, Dallas County, and City of Mesquite. She has been sued twice for breach of contract and default. She doesn’t like to pay tolls or airport parking and ran every scam possible to get out of paying her debts. She has attempted to sue everyone and every insurance company every time she is in an accident, even when it was her fault. She is a horrible human being with no sense of morales or christian values.
