I have known Mel for many, many years. I always considered her to be an honest, giving, and religious person. It was not until recently that I learned the truth. She has been embezzling money for years from her friends, the Filipino catholic community, and from charities. I didn’t want to believe it, but enough people and evidence has come to light. A friends nephew pulled Mel’s credit report, and it is unbelievable. She has so many unpaid debts and bill collectors after her. I cannot believe this is the same person I regularly see at Church. How can one person owe so many people and businesses money? I don’t understand because she claims she is rich and owns many companies and properties in America and the Philippines. When one of my friends asked Mel why she doesn’t pay these bills and get her credit restored, Mel became very angry and accused those businesses and bill collectors of trying to cheat her. She went as far as to say that she has been avoiding and hiding from them. Businesses and banks don’t file against your credit unless they have a legal reason to do so. I don’t know why she would say something like that. Mel keeps asking who is spreading these rumors. She claims the Filipinos that are spreading rumors about her are doing so because they owe her and her sister money but don’t want to pay. Her sister went to prison for scamming people and insurance. I don’t trust that one at all. She is horrible and two faced.

The people spreading these rumors are the ones with bad credit. They stole from us. They are not our friends or business partners. I was duped by this old clown. I thought she was a nice old asian lady that was kind of a simpleton, so I agreed to help her out. Turns out she was scamming me. She wasted my time and my time is money. I work solely on commission. She let me do all of the work and then scammed me out of my commission. I have a contract but she used someone else’s name and is acting like she doesn’t understand English all of sudden. I researched her online. I found this site with her negative reviews. The reviews are accurate. She has bad credit and multiple creditors are after her in Texas. She’s like 5 feet tall, black hair but balding, and dark eyes like a coyote. Melencia runs around with a lady named Olive, like from the Popeye cartoons. Olive is a convicted felon. I found the Dallas news article where she was convicted of federal medicare and medicaid fraud. That monster was scamming sick and dead people. You meet all of kinds of people in my line of work.

Filipina Susan Calamba was sued by First National Bank of Omaha for DEBT CLAIM in 2015, case JX1500745D. She lost the case. She didn’t want to pay the judgement, court costs or debt. So attorneys from Javitch Block went after Susan. She still didn’t pay. A Dallas judge slapped her with lien 201600113861. They pursued Susan for 4 years to collect money she owed them. She was forced to pay or lose her property. Before being sued yet again, Susan finally paid in 2019, 201900331043. She prowls around the Church with her fellow career criminals, Oliva Padilla and Melencia Velasquez.
