Worst bedside manner I've ever seen. Paid for eye screening package with consultation with him. During the consultation he did not even bother to look through the results with me. Very rude and never even glanced at me at all. For an eye doctor, he needs his own eyes to be checked

Dr Vida chou clinic waiting time long for 2 hours and I fasting since 12 midnight. only 4 Q in front of me. 3 persons cut Q just because old customers. .Dr Vida chou asking me not to see her very unprofessional I declined to do US in her GP clinic.I want to refer to KKH to do US. more details reports from kkh. She refused to give me the refer letter. I went to other GP clinic after that I got refer.

I had my molar root canal done by Dr Benjamin Long 5 years ago. He cited my molar tooth can last for 8 to 10 years after the root canal treatment. However, it lasted only for 5 years and the tooth has started giving problem now. I have to go through surgery this time. :(
