I have to agree, I had him for two of my occupational review reports, and it wasn't until a long time after he wrote mine that I saw complete lies. He omitted important medical facts I had expressed to him, thinking they were important, yet failed to record this information, which is not best practice. He did not document obvious and significant findings - such as very poor balance on the physical exam, regular falls at home, difficulty breathing and sternum pushing out the front of my chest wall- clear findings any doctor or nurse would pick up on a basic visual observation. His lies that are all through my reports - have seen me kick off my weekly payments, I had to pay for my tests to prove something significantly wrong, but other practitioners read these reports. Every other doctor who reads these significant health histories and findings believes them. My notes are complete shambles; nothing makes sense, and no one clearly understands my case. This kind of thing, committing crucial medical information, is dangerous. For a doctor to take the Hippocratic oath - yet worry more about money than patients' well-being and safety is BS I call this guy out and the rest of them. Shame on you - all of you who pl have forgotten why you wanted to become a Dr in the first place. Sad money is more important than fellow human beings or doing what's right

sam henehan is one of the meanest teacher i have had. he picks on students in class and he likes to have favourites and bullies the none favourites and also he likes to watch them suffer. for example: one day i had him he got me so angry i was going to punch the computer and he stood there laughing while watching me be pissed off. i think that he should not be like amys mom and actually be fair and also not pick on students because its unfair and rude. he also teachs geography and most the time he yells at us when were talking about anything. he also is quite big and cant run for ***. cuz he big hahah. ps, hes a hitchcock

eileen merriman, nth shore hospital
I recently had an appointment with Eileen Merriman. She was delivering the news of my cancer with confirmation and she proceeded to say without any concern for myself that my life will be shortened, and after I said I don't think I'll choose to have a transplant, that I'll be dead in 10 years. I asked specifically regarding medication and she did not answer thoroughly. I'm not sure her objective, but the whole appointment was depersonalised. I was only in the appointment for 10 minutes and she got up to end the appointment when it was clear that I had not stopped discussing my health. I have only had one appointment with a specialist regarding this health concern, it was the complete opposite in terms of "bed side manner" and talking at length about my disease. I will not be going be going back to Merriman and I would not recommend her to see people with a MPN disease.
