He has excellent interpersonal skills, asking questions, really listens, then provide sound advice. His enthusiasm and confidence is very reassuring. This man is not a professional in ANY way. He is emotionally unstable and does not have any real interest in getting to understand a person let alone help them. He needs to be checked by the medical board. How he gets away with working at the hospital us beyond me. No psychiatrist behaves like he does
