I am extremely grateful to the receptionist and Dr. Waldman for their exceptional service last December 2025. Despite a packed schedule, they managed to fit me in, considering my insurance was about to lapse and I needed the health assessment urgently for my visa application. Dr. Waldman impressed me with her soft-spoken nature and empathetic approach. Her counsel on adopting healthier eating habits and diet was informative and practical, highlighting both the benefits and drawbacks of various choices. Dr. Waldman is not only professional but also pretty ?, with a calming presence that dispels worry. The team was prompt in responding to my queries and assisted me in fulfilling the necessary requirements for my visa. The woman who owns and runs the eyebrow courses is not helpful and once you’ve signed up takes over everything to prevent you getting the hands on experience you need. For just on $5000 for 3 days and $8000 for 5 days you don’t get much. The website says you do machine work in the 3 days, which you don’t. In fact she doesn’t even have certificate 4 in training and assessment. It’s a shame this industry isn’t regulated. I’ve just finished a western Australian tafe course. Absolutely fantastic. Do your research. Plenty of great courses out there, for a lot less money, with qualified and trained teachers who actually want you to learn and advance your skills.

I was first treated by Doctor Waldman in the ED of Bankstown Hospital. That was May of 2017 following my first heart attack. 2 years later, I am still Dr Waldman's patient through a second heart attack and complications. I am lucky to have Alla as my cardiologist. She monitors my medications and worked hard to get me on to Repatha (a cholesterol lowering medication) that is working very well. She is accessible if I need her, supportive, and always goes the extra mile for me. Thank you.
