My 2nd attempt she called me a f**k**g junkie n hung up once a again. All I wanted to ask them about a letter I recently in the mail. Now my 3td attempt to call I was disrespected from dr jaffe he hung up on me as well. Not to mention they won't reimburse for my appointment on the 25.

Office is inefficient, unorganized, and not clean. Practice truly leaves a lot to be desired. Waited months to get an appointment and my paperwork was lost twice So they just canceled my appointment without calling. Showed up for an appt and found out they gave the time to someone else because they lost my paperwork a second time. Dr Bestrequiresthe paperwork in order to meet a first time patient and also set up an appt.
