The team was prompt in responding to my queries and assisted me in fulfilling the necessary requirements for my visa. My brother in law had the misfortune of having this guy at the Wesley Casualty. Arrogant, rude, uncompassionate and should not be dealing with people. Clearly did not want to be doing his job, didn’t read the notes or speak to the Dr in charge, rushed in and attacked the patient with “What am I doing here? What’s wrong with you” When trying to explain the condition, kept butting in aggressively with his opinions. Would never use this chap who obviously thinks he is above the rest of us.
